- 4 large bake potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- a dash of bacon bites
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 table spoons of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Preparation
- Bake potatoes for 1 hour
- When potatoes are done allow them to cool for 1o minutes
- Slice potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop the flesh into a large bowl, save skins
- Add sour cream, milk, butter, salt, pepper and half of your cheese in a large bowl. Mix with a hand mixer until well blended and creamy.
- Spoon the mixture into the skins. Top with cheese and bacon
- Bake for another 15 minutes
